Hello Andreas, Freesurfer releases are primarily built to use the generic system (CPU, GPU) hardware and do not include CUDA software/support because not everyone has CUDA devices, it may not work with different CUDA drivers, we should not re-distribute files with some copyrights, etc.  On machines like the arm64 Macs, I think commands will end up using the built-in GPU’s anyway, e.g., with tensorflow-metal. - R.
