Dear FreeSurfer experts,
i want to test the effect of age square (in contrast to age) on cortical thickness in qdec. How can I do that?
Am I right, that there is no possibility in qdec to use the per regressor-option to analyse the effects of cortical thickness on lGI vertex-wise?
Many thanks
Daniel

You'll need to add age^2 as a column in your qdec table.

Right, you'll have to use mri_glmfit from the command line doug
Many thanks
Daniel
