External Email - Use Caution
Hi all,
I’m wondering how to add an accurate scalebar (in cm) to my flatmap. Is this possible to do in Freeview, or are there other recommended tools or methods?

There is a scale bar by default at the lower left corner of the slice view. Or are you looking for something different?

Yes that’s there, but is not available (not functional) on surface, while it works on volumes.
Is this a problem on my end or is general?
I am using freeview on Freesurfer 7.4 (but I have the same problem on 7.0, 5.3)

You probably will need to load a volume first and hide it if you don’t want to show it with the surface.
