In the latest version of FS-FAST (v5.3), is there a difference between the following two:
mkcontrast-sess -analysis whatever -contrast 1vsFix -a 1 -c 0
mkcontrast-sess -analysis whatever -contrast 1vsFix -a 1
I have blocks with no stimulus that I have specified them as 0 in the paradigm files.
