Hello together!   I’d like to share my attempt on providing minimal Docker image of the FreeSurfer that is fully operational in terms of recon-all functionality.   Please see: https://hub.docker.com/r/alerokhin/freesurfer6   Compressed size is 732.6 MB Size of pulled image is 1.92GB   Please follow simple instructions from Docker hub repository in order to get it running.
