Dear freesurfer expert,
I don't know if this question make any sense but is there a way to project white matter hypointensities volume onto the surface?
Thanks and kind regards,
Sampada
You could create a label of the WMH (mri_cor2label), then use mri_label2label to map it on to the surface with the --paint option (run it with --help to see an example)
