Dear FS experts, my apologizes if my question is a simple one. I am new to Freesurfer and I appreciate if you help me. After running recon-all on a T1 image I reached the final step and the analysis ran smoothly without any issues.. Now what I need to check in the output images to be sure that the cortical thickness measurements are correct and ready for cortical thickness group analysis like the one explained int this page https://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/fswiki/FsTutorial/GroupAnalysis?

If you can share any guide or a workflow sheet that can be followed to check the recons and the cortical thickness measurements systematically it will be highly appreciated!
