External Email - Use Caution

Dear FreeSurfer developers,

Hi, I am currently working with the hippocampal subfields and amygdala segmentation pipeline, which produces separate output files for each hemisphere, such as `lh.hippoAmygLabels-T1.v21.mgz` and `rh.hippoAmygLabels-T1.v21.mgz`. I was wondering if there is a way to modify the pipeline or to combine these two files into a single file that contains the segmented regions for both hemispheres?
