Hi Please help.. I am getting this error message on QDEC when trying to generate stats table.

However, the aseg.stats file is in place for a01.
I have run these before, but recently i ran a hippo-subfields on a01. I wonder if that has anything to do with this!!
I wonder if there is a work around.

Hi Rajeev, did you look in that file to see if there is anything in it? You can try regenerating the file with recon-all -s subject -segstats doug
