I have had no luck trying to get freesurfer to run. It is failing at the same point each time ( Please see log). I have tried with multiple datasets in multiple locations both on the local machine and across the network. I have also verified that the permissions of the dir are correct and I can manually read and write to the. I'm at a loss?
