I applied recon-all on a pediatric structural image which you can find here https://www.dropbox.com/s/zrfln9psaqffftp/MPRAGE.nii but the process stopped and gave me an error, I attached the .log in this mail. I think the problem is related to the low age of the subject, any hint on to solve this problem or optimize the structural image? Thanks,
