I'm running v5.0 on 10.6.4. When I run selxavg3-sess, I get the following error:
ERROR: cannot determine format of
/Users/jwebst/UW/Psych/VisCog/projects/vAttPRF/data/vAttPilot01/bold/003/masks/brain.nii.self.lh ERROR: cannot load /Users/jwebst/UW/Psych/VisCog/projects/vAttPRF/data/vAttPilot01/bold/003/masks/brain.nii.self.lh
I'm not familiar with the creation of the maskfspec field or of flacfiles generally. Is it the case that there is a flacfile for each analysis (so the correct mask is brain.self.lh.nii)? ...or should it be loading brain.nii and '.self.lh' was erroneously appended?
Also, one tangential issue worth mentioning for the release August 16 release for Intel OSX... it seemed to be missing 3dvolreg.

Does that file exist? It should have been created by preproc-sess. And the exact name of the file depends on the analysis you created (if you used -surf self lh, then it is looking for the correct file). What was your preproc-sess command line?
