Hi Corey,

the upcoming V5 will automatically generate estimates of the BAs in our recnet Cerebral Cortex paper. We also have another set that we are working on courtesy of the Juelich/Dusseldorf group, and we will distribute our own estimates of entorhinal cortex.

I am wondering if there is a function in freesurfer to convert mni or talairach coordinates to brodmann's areas. I am hoping to input my RAS coordinates, transform them to either mni or talairach (which I know how to do), and then convert to and output the brodmann area. Thanks in advance.
