I am delighted to invite you to a Neuroimaging Data Processing Workshop which will be held on 23-24th of March 2011 at University of Edinburgh, UK. During the workshop we will cover neuroimaging data analysis and management with reusable, scalable and reproducible processing workflows that combine different software packages (such as SPM, FSL, and FreeSurfer) using NiPyPE framework. The workshop will also feature talks and demos covering data management, encapsulation and visualization using PyXNAT and the Connectome Library and Viewer.
