External Email - Use Caution

Hi list,

the segmentThalamicNuclei.sh do not produce thalamic-nuclei.lh.v10.T1.stats.

All the other files are produced (ThalamicNuclei.v10.T1.volumes.txt/mgz).

The segmentation viewed by freeview is fine.
