External Email - Use Caution

Dear Freesurfer Experts

I am trying use segmentHA_T1.sh:

During the registration of imageDump.mgz to target hippoAmygBinaryMask_autoCropped.mgz, I get the warning:

* WARNING: Registration did not converge in 5 steps! * Problem might be ill posed. * Please inspect output manually!

Also I can’t seem to find „imageDump_coregistered.mgz“, to check the aligned result (as advised in the log file)

The script runs fine and the outputs look ok, too; still I was wondering what is going wrong here.
