Dear FreeSurfer's experts,
I encountered one problem following a recon-all: small part of the gray matter cerebellum has been taken as cortical gray matter within the occipital pial surface (see image attached below on right hemisphere).
How could I correct for this defect?

yes, you can see why that would be hard since it looks like continuous gray matter there. What does the aseg say? I think if you correct it and rerun things it should fix the surfaces.
