Hello all, I have a question regarding inflating surfaces.
Is is possible to inflate just a part of the pial surface.
I just want to visualize activations on the auditory area (just the Heshl's gyri if possible).
Can one do this in Freesurfer?
Ajay
why not cut out a patch and flatten it?
