Dear All, I am learning GroupAnalysis and I have some problem about the vector that embodies the hypothesis we want to test(such as:0 0 0.5 0.5).I just want to know how each number of the vector involve in the calculating process of mri_glmfit.That is, I want to acquire some materials of how mri_glmfit process the data?

Hi Bobo, if you run mri_glmfit with --help, it will give you lots of information about how it works. doug
