My fMRI time series come from Brain Voyager and x,y,z-coordinates are in Talairach space. Thank you. Peka

There's not an automated way to do this. You can run tkmedit fsaverage orig.mgz -aparc+aseg then put in the talairach coordinate in the control panel and see where the cursor goes. doug
