Experts,
I have labels drawn on surfaces of individual subjects. I need to find the surface area of each (one on each surface). Is there a way I could do it?
Thanks
If you pass 'mris_curvature_stats' a '-l <labelFile>' it will output, amongst other, the surface area of the ROI, e.g.:
$>mris_curvature_stats -l <someLabelFile> <subjID> rh curv
(will calculate a bunch of stats on the rh.curv file of <subjID> -- just ignore and look for:)
... ...
ROI Surface Area: ... ...
