Dear FS experts,
I am not sure about the result of the recon-all on some subjects from my database. In particular, in the attached file there is an apparent disagreement betwee the surface red line and the parcellation of the GM. Should I consider this processed image as correct or not? The red regions in the correspondence of the insula seem correct, but the red line is uncorrect.
Thank you for your help,
Elisa
Hi Elisa, the fact that the surface does not follow the segmentation is not a problem by itself. The cortical segmentation created by the volumetric segmentation is never used. It just needs to be done as part of the subcortical segmentation. However, tou should make sure that the surfaces follow the MRI intensities. It looks like it is probably not in the temporal lobe regions. You probably need control points in the temporal lobes doug
