Hi Carolina,

did you setenv FREESURFER_HOME to the right place? If so, did you do:

source $FREESURFER_HOME/FreeSurferEnv.csh

? That should setup the paths. The .license file is in $FREESURFER_HOME (which is where you installed freesurfer)
