Hi all, I would ask you about anatomical ROIs. I'm going to begin the analysis of some retinotopic data, my question is: when I draw the closed contours, does automatically my ROI contain the entire inner surface or just the outline?

You need to click in the interior and use the custom fill tool to fill it Cheers Bruce

It will contain everything inside the outline.
