I'm attempting to run preproc-sess and have got an error - it seems while running mri_vol2surf. I've included the full output of preproc-sess below, but I think the key information will be right at the end where the error message is.
A couple of comments that may be relevant:
- The raw data I've placed in the directory are links to the files that were created using the bash ln -s command - They are in nii.gz format
