Dear Freesurfer experts,
I would like to percellate the medial precentral cortex, corresponding to motor cortex of legs, by using Freesurfer. According to the Desikan-Killiany Atlas in current Freesurfer, there is no specific mask for medial precentral cortex. There is a mask for “paracentral cortex” which contains both medial precentral cortex and medial postcentral cortex. But I want to evaluate only medial precentral cortex.
Do you have any other way to percellate and quantify only medial precentral cortex? Do you have any command to use other Atlas in Freesurfer?

Hi Satoko
probably the easiest thing to do is to draw the label you want on the fsaverage surface, then use mri_label2label to map it to each of your subjects.
