Dear All,
I used unpacksdcmdir to unpack DTI data from Bay 3. The log file shows "DTI is in non-moasic form, so cannot extract bvals/bvects" My question is how to get bvals/bvects files from unpack?
The files look like:

Is this the standard 60 direction DIFFUSION_HighRes sequence? If so, mri_convert should work. Convert from dicom to nifti and it'll also output the gradient vectors and b-values as text files.
