Could you please have a look at the segmentation results (attached).

I ran this subject several times with control points, eventually I combined the edited wm.mgz and the control point step * and I end up with this result, which has improved segmentation, but it is still not optimal in the medial portion of the temporal lobe.

* recon-all -autorecon2-wm -autorecon2-cp -autorecon3 -sd . -subjid REF033c -no-isrunning

Could you please advise?
