I have quite a large dataset processed with FS 5.1. However, half of the output was qcached in FS 5.3. I just wanted to clarify whether I should rerun qcache in FS 5.1 for the whole set. If not, could you please confirm that this command does the same across different versions (REF: https://www.mail-archive.com/freesurfer@nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/msg19370.html)? As far as I know it does the same thing, but I would run both on one data set to make sure.
