Hi everyone,

Now and then I see some pial errors where the pial surface is not pushed far enough or has some kind of dent in it (see attache figure). As far as I know, there's no way in FS to correct for this. It would be great to be able to specify some kind of control point to force FS to include identified voxels within the cortical ribbon. Is there something like this already existing or an alternative fix to this kind of problem?
