anyone have suggestion data visualization from freesurfer volumetric. i need visualization of 2 volume before and after of the same individual patient and between 2 groups in a research. i've found some paper use pysurfer, anyone have other suggestions and tutorioal / reading and code about how to use those ?

I'm not sure what you are asking for. The freeview command allows you to view volumes in 3D
