Greetings,
When I run recon-all, it appears that the conversion is OK, but I get this message:
ncendef: ncid 3: Invalid argument
Error outputting volume: possibly disk full?

The disk I am writing to is not full and has plenty of space for writing.
Is this a problem with the version I am using?
Best,
