Dear FreeSurfer Developers,
I have been wondering, if it is possible to compare cortical thickness in the depth of a sulcus with the the cortical thickness on top of the gyrus? I found the curvature maps in subjects' folders but I don't know how to proceed. I would be very thankful for every hint that You could give me.
