Dear Freesurfer experts, I want to inquire if there are any tools or any methods to improve T1 images which has "susceptibility-induced distortions" - attached an example. I need to fix these distortions outside the brain. In the mouth area and I am wondering what is the best approach to deal with it and fix it. I highly appreciate any help John
