Hello freesurfer experts,
Is there any paper comparing the volumetric analysis done by freesurfer and that done by Neuroquant? So far, I have found only one link on Neuroquant topic on freesurfer forum (that says Neuroquant uses only one part of freesurfer). Will appreciate if I can be given more information on this.
