[Freesurfer] matlab runtime error - Hippocampal subfield segmentation

Dear Freesurfer experts,

I am having trouble installing matlab runtime to be used for hippocampal subfield segmentation. I run the code following the instructions on the website, but nothing is installed. This is what happens:

Any ideas why this isn't loading?
