you can do that (no need to spec -it siemens_dicom). You can also run unpacksdcmdir. This will run mri_convert multiple times for each specified run. Run it with -help to get more info.

Dear All:
I have the Siemens dicom files (for multiple sequences, both structural and functional, e.g. MPRAGE, T2, BOLD etc) in a CD, and I would like to convert them into analyze format using mri_convert.
Please kindly correct me if I am wrong: Am I right to say that I need to call:
mri_convert -it siemens_dicom (filename of the first slice) (output).img
for each and every sequence? Or there's something I can do with mri_convert so that I just need to call it once and it will convert everything for me?
Thanks in advance.
