Dear FS experts, Hope this finds you well.
I would like to check whether the following the correct approach for my models in glm_fit. I am testing whether gait speed is associated with cortical thickness, adjusting for 4 covariates (sex, age, bmi, and mmse).
I have sex as a factor (two levels: male or female), age, bmi, and mmse are continuous variables. Thus, the FSGD file is ordered as:
subj_id sex gait age bmi mmse
In the models, I am using DOSS with the following contrast:
[+0 +0 +1 +0 +0 +0]
I would appreciate your kind input as to whether the above design and contrast is the proper way to test my research question. Thank you very much for your help.
Best regards, Nárlon Cassio
