[Freesurfer] Dockerfile for official docker image?

Hello,

I’m very happy that there is an official Freesurfer Docker image! But it doesn’t match the Dockerfile in the Github repo. I’d really like to take a look at that Dockerfile. Would it be appropriate to add it to the Github repo?
