Greetings,
I am interested in using mri_robust_template to create an average anatomical image across several sessions (to which EPI runs will be aligned to). Are there any guidelines on how to convert the output .lta transforms into AFNI’s .aff12.1D format for later concatenation with the non-linear transform from aligning the average template to an MNI template?
