Hi Rafa, there is something wrong with the ribbon.mgz file. Try deleting it and regenerating it with recon-all -s subject -cortribbon

Hi Rafa this doesn't look like the whole subject dir, just some files from it (e.g. no mri/transforms/talairach.xfm).
