External Email - Use CautionHello,
I am very sorry for asking again, if you answered it seems it did not reach me and I would like to do things properly :
Thanks for developing FreeSurfer ! My lab uses it regularly, especially along our own software Clinica. I had a question regarding your license limitations. We plan on making Docker containers that would include both Clinica and external software such as FreeSurfer. Would you be okay with it if we made it (ie FreeSurfer binaries) openly available ? It would be free/open-source and users would still need to mount their own FreeSurfer License to the container.
