External Email - Use Caution
Dear FreeSurfer experts
I ran the lme scripts in FreeSurfer on FA-data (dMRI). The script doesn't crash but 70% of the models yield this message: "Algorithm does not converge after 50 iterations!!!" Does that mean the results (pvalues) are invalid? I would appreciate any input on this topic. Thank you!
