Hello,
We are interested in finding a way to use particular parcellations from Freesurfer in a separate program. For instance, we are very happy with the way Freesurfer parcellates the Choroid Plexus and separates the Cerebellum into white and gray matter regions, and would like to import these regions into another program for analysis. This other program (PMOD) can import .nii files as templates. We have been so far unsuccessful at importing the regions, but believe it should be possible.
Is there some way to achieve this?
