Dear FreeSurfer Team,
After reviewing the literature, I have a question: which atlases are used in the segmentation of the fornix, corpus callosum, and hippocampus from magnetic resonance images using FreeSurfer? This is a significant question for me, and I would appreciate a clear and concise answer. Please provide some relevant references.
