So when we have spot in a map we should consider that the area of the entire ROI (anatomical region) is reduced? Sorry Bruce i am not sure I get this info and my background does not help in understanding. Thanks, F

Hi Francesca,
the spot in the map is the point measure, possibly smoothed over an area. The ROI thicknesses are average over a specified anatomical region (e.g. precentral gyrus).
