Dear freesurfers,
running the script make_average_subject produces constantly only the rh_* files. The error message at the end is:
ln: creating symbolic link `rh.sphere' to `rh.sphere.reg': Operation not supported
Any suggestions why the lh_* files are missing are greatly appreciated.
Running fedora core under vmware.
