Yes, use the WM-hypointensities value from aseg.stats (differences with wmparc.stats are due to differences in partial volume correction).
tot-cerebral-white-matter includes the hypointensities doug

Hi all,
I am trying to find the volumes of lesions present in the white matter. Would 'WM-hypointensities' in aseg.stats give me this value? (A similar label is also found in wmparc.stats, but the values are not the same)
Also, does the tot-cerebral-white-matter volume include the WM-hypointensities volume as well?
Kindly let me know.
Thanks and regards, Sindhuja _______________________________________________ Freesurfer mailing list Freesurfer@nmr.mgh.harvard.edu https://mail.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/mailman/listinfo/freesurfer
