Hi all,
Will the QDEC program and the associated preprocessing steps (recon-all / -qcache) run correctly with data from Freesurfer version 3.0.5, or do all data sets first need to be reprocessed with version 4.0.2? I downloaded stable version 4.0.2, ran recon-all /- qcache on my previous data, and wanted to know if this approach was correct.
