The RAs will pick up any and all questions that reach the helplist over the next few weeks with 'tutorial' in the subject line. We're encouraging people to try the lectures and tutorials on their own at home and anticipate a bunch of tutorial-related questions to come through.
Also, we'll be more active in tackling the data processing and troubleshooting questions for users over the next few weeks of remote work.
